Submission & Registration
To register, please send us an email via CRPA2026@em.uni-frankfurt.de.
Deadlines:
Participation with lecture/short lecture/poster: abstract (max. 300 words) by February 20, 2026
Participation without lecture: by March 31, 2026, after which there will be an increased conference fee.
When registering (via CRPA2026@em.uni-frankfurt.de) please state wether you will participate on the excursions at June 6 and/or 7.
Participation fees:
Regular fee until March 31, 2026: € 250
Increased fee from March 31, 2026 to April 15: € 300
Students and accompanying persons:
Registration until March 31, 2026: € 90
Registration after March 31 to April 15, 2026: € 130

Participation fees include: conference materials, participation to all lectures, coffee breaks, three event receptions, two lunches, guided tours in Frankfurt, Mainz, and at the Saalburg, bus transfer to the Saalburg.
The excursions on Saturday, June 6 (Mogontiacum – Roman Mainz), and Sunday, June 7 (Friedberg, Wetterau-Museum; Glauberg, Museum Celtic World), are optional. The Mogontiacum-excursion is free of charge. The excursion on June 7 is paid separately (€ 35). Meals are on own expenses.

Early Career Bursary
Five young colleagues who have submitted the best abstracts will be awarded with an Early Career Bursary. This bursary offers a benefit in the form of free accommodation and use of the library at the Kolleg of the Romano-Germanic Commission (RGK) of the German Archaeological Institute in Frankfurt (the stay could be extended until June 10 at the latest). Please send applications with a cover letter, CV, and abstract to CRPA2026@em.uni-frankfurt.de.
